A fine quality four-lobe blue coloured glass on a hollow blown knopped stem and rolled foot. Each glass with an enamelled and gilt scrollwork band between white bead and drop borders. The colours are: aqua blue, aqua green, amethyst, cobalt, emerald, and ruby, the latter glass varies slightly in terms of size, decoration and weight. Condition: light rubbing to the enamel; light age and use wear nothing further found. Circa 1870, unmarked but unmistakably Salviati Venice. Average size of five glasses 10.5cm/4.25in high, 8.5cm/3.5in wide, 7.5cm/3in deep.
