A four-lobe emerald glass on a hollow blown knopped stem and rolled foot, the bowl hand decorated with an enamelled and gilt scrollwork band between white bead and drop borders. Condition: light rubbing to the enamel; light age and use wear; nothing further found. Circa 1870, unmarked but unmistakably Salviati Venice.
