A partial relief moulded Art Nouveau tile with flower, leaf, and whiplash stem motif in crimson, caramel and olive-green on a dark green ground. Condition: small manufacturing flaw top right; light surface wear, light glaze crazing; nothing further found. Circa 1906, stripe back and register number 476207 for the Rhodes Tile Company. Article measured in centimetres and rounded to the nearest quarter inch. 15cm/6in square.
