c.1910 Bohemian green and amber cut glass vase, Steinschönau

An unusual and eye catching vase in green and amber, with a bowl form upper section on a pedestal lower section. The vase is intricately cut with diamonds, swags, fans, and facets, the shapes are highlighted with hand painted fine outlines. Condition: stand wear to the under-base; some rubbing to the painted outlines; one or two tiny nicks to high points and edges; light surface age and use wear; nothing further found. Circa 1910-20, Steinschönau. Article measured in centimetres and rounded to the nearest quarter inch. Height 19.5cm/7.75in, bowl width 11.5cm/4.5in, base diameter 11.5cm/4.5in.
