c.1910 Legras acid cut & gilded Vert Nil bowl

An outstanding lightly convex rectangular glass bowl in green and swirled brown, the thick walled glass acid cut to feature a design of gilded leaves and fruits. Condition: light surface wear; light rubbing to the gilt; nothing further found. Circa 1910, faint acid etched 'Legras St. Denis Paris' mark to the centre of the well. Article measured in centimetres and rounded to the nearest quarter inch. Height 6.5cm/2.75in, width 19.5cm/7.75in, depth 10cm/4in.
