c.1930s Val St. Lambert rose over yellow uranium crystal vase

Category: ANTIQUE GLASS, 1910 - 1950

A splendid 'rose over yellow' (original catalogue description) lightly bulbous crystal vase on a facet base. Condition: surface wear to the under-base; one or two tiny nicks to edges; light surface age and use wear; nothing further found; reacts strongly with ultra violet/black light. Circa 1930s, unmarked but definitely Val St. Lambert, probably designed by Joseph Simon. Dimensions based on centimetres and rounded to the nearest quarter inch. Height 25cm/10in, rim diameter 8.5cm/3.25in.
