New Listing. An excellent and arresting satin finish glass charger, high relief moulded with a large angel fish swimming amongst weeds with bubbles behind. Condition: light surface wear; nothing further found; displays a good fire; mould definition good. Circa 1930s, signed in the well with a 'Verlys France' moulded mark, 1934 catalogue title 'Scalare', almost certainly designed by Pierre d'Avesn. Article measured in centimetres and rounded to the nearest quarter inch. Diameter 32.5cm/13in, height 7cm/3in, weight 2.3kg/5.07lb.
