A modish orange stained Art Deco circular bowl, the sides acid etched with stylised spoke, roundel and web patterns, the centre with a bold flower head and leaf design. Condition: surface marking and wear to the well; light age and use wear; nothing further found. 1930s, French, produced by Paul Daum and stylus signed to the rim with their pressed glass trade name "Lorrain France", probably designed by Pierre D'Avesn. Article measured in centimetres and rounded up or down to the nearest quarter inch. Height 6.5cm/2.75in, diameter 25cm/10in.
