An exceptional blue over white glass centrepiece inspired by the works of famous photographer, E.O.Hoppé (1878-1972), made and engraved by master glassmaker, Steve Bradley. The span motif is taken from the Brooklyn Bridge, New York City, photographed by Hoppé in 1921, the female portrait from 1927 is an interpretation of the German actress, Lil Dagover (1887-1980), who came to fame in what many consider the first true horror film, "The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari", made in 1919. The centrepiece is a contemporary world-wide edition of one, and is signed by Hoppé's two grandsons, as well as Steve Bradley. The piece comes with a certificate of authenticity.
