An exceptional and tall wine glass in pale olive, the bowl set on an ornate prunted, knopped and hollow tapered stem ending in a stepped conical base. The bowl features the coat of arms of Otto von Bismarck (1815-1898) masterfully hand enamelled in polychrome, with additional circle and dot designs in blue and white, the stem is embellished with similar designs, as well as dot bands in gold-yellow and plain rings in cream, the prunts are highlighted with white and red dots. Condition: stand wear to the under-base, very minor rubbing to the decoration; nothing further found. Circa 1890, unmarked, quite possibly Fritz Heckert. Height 23cm/9.06in, bowl diameter 8cm/3.15in.
