An excellent cut crystal decanter with an eight sided facet stopper over a plated collar, stepped and ringed facet upper section and ten sided facet lower section ending in a rounded base. The decanter is masterfully engraved all over with grape bunches, leaves and tendrils. Condition: two small crease marks to the rim of the plated metal neck collar; stand wear to the under-base; minor surface wear; nothing further found. Circa 1910, unmarked, Bohemian or German. Article measured in centimetres and rounded up or down to the nearest quarter inch. Height 27.5cm/10.75in, diameter 11.5cm/4.5in.
