An splendid Art Deco table lamp on a polished marble base, featuring a patinated metal prancing horse next to a trailed frosted crackle glass globe. Condition: what look like one or two chips on the glass are bubbles, not damage; light surface age and use wear; light rubbing to the patination; nothing further found; lamp in good working order, currently fitted for 220/240 volts, but could be easily adapted. Circa 1930s, unmarked but definitely French. Article measured in centimetres and rounded to the nearest quarter inch. Height 17cm/6.5in, width 21cm/8.5in, depth 9cm/3.75in.
