A handsome and large spherical crystal scent bottle, with a cork lined sterling silver screw top, the latter engraved with entwined initials. The body is cut with diamond medallions and palm fronds, the base is embellished with a twenty four point star. Condition: stand wear to the under-base, grit fleck in the glass; light wear; light internal bloom around the base; some light dimpling to the silver top; nothing further found; good screw closure. Silver hallmarked for London 1890, maker's mark "HTB" for Brockwell & Son. Height 12.8cm/5in, diameter 9.5cm//3.75in.
