A lightly convex cream-grey porcelain tile featuring a mythical figure, possibly Guan Yu, God of war, in green, blue and pink tones, plus additional Chinese characters top right. Condition: glaze nick bottom right; one or two other tiny edge nicks; light age and use wear; cement residue to the back; nothing further found. Age unknown, seller suggests circa 1920s-30s, oval impressed factory mark. Article measured in centimetres and rounded to the nearest quarter inch. 12.5cm/5in square.
