NS. A Gothic Revival transfer print tile in pale brown, ochre, black, and white, featuring conjoined open circular designs framed by circles, the latter placed between repeating fleur-de-lis with repeat pattern black and white borders above and below. Condition: one or two tiny edge nicks; one or two small flaws in the transfer; small factory glaze flaw bottom middle; minor surface wear; nothing further found. Circa 1890, the reverse marked for Minton Hollins, Stoke-on-Trent. 15cm/6in square.
